The SAFe Leadership Retreat is a 3-night, 2 full day unconference that brings the creativity of the practitioner community together with the vision of the leading methodologists to generate new and exciting ideas for SAFe.
The Retreat has an Open Space format, enabling it to respond to the needs and experiences attendees bring, and develop ideas through conversation in a beautiful venue.
The event is fully catered, with accommodation included.
The Retreat is strictly limited to 50 people, to support a high bandwidth of communication and strong relationship building. It runs by invitation only for practitioners.
We are now preparing for 2017's event, to be held in Europe in early June. If you would like an invitation, please request one, using the form below, and we will review towards the end of the year.
There is no other event remotely like this.
The SAFe Leadership Retreat presents a unique opportunity to hang out, exchange ideas and participate in robust debates about SAFe with Dean Leffingwell, the crew from Scaled Agile and other SAFe thought leaders, in a casual, informal environment.

Well worthwhile attending
The event was well organized and run and the location nice. The conference content itself was great, we were able to see and participate in the finalization of SAFe 4.0, as well as being able to talk with SAI folks directly.
Gerald Cadden, SPCT
A great environment for broadening and deepening SAFe experience and knowledge.
The business-like but flexible agenda and content of the SAFe Leadership Retreat in 2015 provided a good balance between informed discussion, information sharing and promoting of ideas without any real egos, personal/corporate agendas and competitiveness creeping in.
Nick Clare, SPC
The most important event in our calendar and the one we look forward to the most.
We are great fans of the collaborative atmosphere and the community sharing ideas and information to advanced agile at scale. Fabulous!
