Ken runs this at the start of his Leading SAFe classes as a way of giving an overview of the flow, finding that it clarifies it in the minds of attendees and significantly reduces later clarifying questions.

This is a very powerful overview, and there is a request from SAI that this should be a generally available video, much like Inbar’s “SAFe in 9 minutes”. The mechanics of this are under discussion.
