Judy has been with MasterCard over ten years, located in St Louis, Missouri. She has worked in numerous departments throughout the organization, with all of her roles primarily focused on Process Excellence. Effective January 1, 2016, she joined the Quality Assurance department, focusing on process within Testing Services. As part of this new assignment, she will be assisting with the organizations migration to SAFe.
In addition to a recent SPC4 certification, Judy completed Villanova University’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program, and is a certified Black Belt. She has received numerous other certifications as a Green Belt (SPI), Yellow Belt (GE Healthcare and BMG), Lean Practitioner (Georgia Tech), People Change Management Professional (Prosci), and Facilitator (Interaction Associates). Being involved in the process aspect of MasterCard has allowed me to work with many groups and meet many people throughout the organization.
Judy also serves on the IMPROVE Leadership Committee. IMPROVE is a Professional Resource Group here at MasterCard focused on sharing knowledge and best practices in regards to process improvement. Judy is also a member of MasterCard’s Women’s Leadership Network and Learning Network.
Prior to MasterCard, Judy worked at Mercy Health Plans in St Louis, SGS in New York City, and Prudential Financial in New Jersey. Judy resides in the St Louis area, with her husband Adrian, two children, Claire (7) and Dylan (5), and a shih tzu named Bari.
