I currently have some automotive clients who struggle with an overload of seemingly non-negotiable customer deadlines. As a result there are frequent escalations and so-called Task Forces which result in changes in priority during Pi execution.
I am very much interested to discuss solutions for this theme. I would like to know if applying principles and techniques of CCPM (like portfolio fever charts, resource leveling) can serve as an addition to the priority management techniques in SAFe.
