She also has hands-on product development experience for more than 20 years from development to different managerial positions.
When she was working for Nokia Mobile Phones as the main agile evangelist, she ordered a 2-day training from Dean Leffingwell for her organisation that later on evolved to “Leading SAFe”-training. This was because she thought that agile can be taught – and that agile transformation was progressing better in areas where the leader as encouraging and understanding the benefit of agile methods and the mindset.
She has contributed Lean-Agile finance & control together with Rami Sirkiä to SAFe 3.0.
She is located in Finland, where she co-founded Nitor Delta in 2013 as a large-scale agile training & coaching company.
She is passionate about seeing the real results, progress and success and helping organisations and the people to thrive.
She has been awarded by the best research paper in LESS 2010.
She as also a keynote speaker (XP2014, Rome) and invited speaker (NordicCHI, 2014), Program Committee member (XP 2016 Edinburgh, XP2015, Helsinki, WBMA Agile Brazil 2013, 2015).
